Timberland Deals & Sales FAQ
When does Timberland run its biggest sales?
Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the big ones, with past deals like 30% off select boots. US holiday weekends bring offers too: Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day. A summer sale has also hit up to 50% off select styles.
Is there a sale section on Timberland.com all year?
Yes. The US site has sale pages for men, women, footwear, and Timberland PRO work gear. Timberland's outlet stores run separate deals, such as buy one, get one 50% off footwear around Presidents' Day. Those outlet offers don't always match the website.
Does Timberland refund the difference if a price drops after I buy?
Sometimes. In the US and Canada, you've got 14 days to ask for a price adjustment on a Timberland.com order. It must be the exact same style, color, and size, and still in stock. Buy-one-get-one deals, sitewide promotions, and final-sale items don't qualify.
Who can get a special Timberland discount?
In the US, verified college students, K-12 and college teachers and staff, and military members, veterans, and their families get 10% off online orders. Healthcare workers and first responders have programs too. You can use the student and military discounts once every 30 days.
What perks do Timberland Community members get?
The free US program gives you 1 point per $1 spent, and every 100 points earns a $10 reward. Members also get early access to sales and free standard shipping over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $5 for members and $7 for non-members.
Can I order from the US Timberland site if I live abroad?
No. The US site ships only within the US and its territories, plus APO/FPO addresses. Canadian shoppers should use timberland.ca. Anywhere else, pick your country from the flag menu on the site.
Which other stores sell discounted Timberland?
In the US, look at Macy's, Nordstrom Rack, and Hibbett. UK shoppers can check JD Sports, House of Fraser, and Zalando. Each retailer sets its own prices and styles.
Are all Timberland boots, including PRO work boots, part of sales?
Not all of them. Timberland lists certain styles as excluded from every promotion, along with collaborations, holiday exclusives, and special releases. PRO work boots do go on sale, but some PRO styles are excluded. The product page tells you if an item is out.
Do discounted Timberland boots still have a warranty?
Yes. Timberland covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase, sale price or not. You must buy from Timberland or an authorized seller. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, and it's not a lifetime warranty.
Can you stack Timberland discounts?
Mostly no. Student and military discounts can't be combined with other promotions, and the new-member discount can't be combined with other offers. Community point rewards are the exception. They can usually be used alongside other promotions unless Timberland says otherwise.
