BAGGU runs three major sales events each year. The Warehouse Sale happens in early January through January 22 with 25–75% off, the Summer Sale runs in June (typically June 5–9) with 15% off, and Black Friday & Cyber Monday in November offers 20% off everything.

BAGGU accepts returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase if they're in unused condition. Apparel must be unworn and unused. You can return items bought on baggu.com or in a BAGGU store, and you can process returns in-store with your order confirmation email.

BAGGU takes 24–48 hours to process your order before it ships. Once it ships, delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on your location and shipping method. International orders may take longer.

Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS, and you'll receive tracking information via email once your order leaves the warehouse.

BAGGU restocks items periodically, but timing varies. When new products drop (like during seasonal launches), items are typically kept in stock for several months. Popular items may sell out quickly, but the brand aims to restock them in the future.

No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to everything purchased during the January Warehouse Sale, June Summer Sale, November Black Friday, and any other promotional events.
