What are Monthly Star Buys?
They're the retailer's chosen products of the month. Only selected Star Buys carry a reduced price; the rest sell at full price.
Does Euro Car Parts offer a price match?
Yes. If a VAT-registered mainland UK retailer lists the same brand and product number cheaper, Euro Car Parts will match it. You can claim before buying or within 7 days of your invoice date.
What if the price drops just after you buy?
Euro Car Parts' help centre says it refunds the difference if it changes the price of your item within 7 days of purchase. Contact customer service or check the Price Match Promise page for how to claim.
Do discounted parts still have a warranty?
Euro Car Parts says every product carries a minimum 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise. It covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear, incorrect fitment and tampering aren't covered.
Do sale items count towards free delivery?
Standard delivery on GB mainland orders is free above £50; below that it's £3.95. Free delivery doesn't cover international orders, some out-of-area UK postcodes (a £5.95 surcharge may apply), oversized parts or specialist items.
Can you shop Euro Car Parts deals from outside the UK?
You can order for delivery abroad, and UK VAT is removed at checkout. Free delivery doesn't apply overseas, and the current website promotions are UK-only. For countries not listed at checkout, you'll get an email quote for the extra delivery cost.
What's a surcharge on a discounted part?
A surcharge is a repayable deposit. You pay the full amount upfront, then get the quoted surcharge back when you return your faulty unit. Only some parts carry one, and it's shown on the product page.
