LUMINESS Deals & Sales FAQ
How does LUMINESS Try Before You Buy work?
You pay only shipping, or a small trial fee on some products, and the kit ships out. Your at-home trial starts the day it arrives. Keep it past the trial and you're charged full price for what you kept.
Does LUMINESS have a sale section all year?
Yes. The store has a Sale & Offers page and a separate Buy 1 Get 1 Free page. Its flash-sale banner has advertised up to 80% off.
Which holidays does LUMINESS run sales for?
Its terms name New Year, Valentine's, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday specials. Its site also lists August Cyber Week and a Labor Day airbrush device offer. LUMINESS doesn't publish fixed dates, so timing and discounts change.
Where does LUMINESS free shipping apply?
Free shipping covers orders to the contiguous US only. Check your cart for the current minimum. Trial orders still carry a non-refundable shipping fee.
Can I get LUMINESS deals outside the US?
It's limited. LUMINESS says it may reject orders going outside the US. Trial offers and rush delivery aren't available to international customers. Some Amazon stores outside the US also list LUMINESS products.
Do some airbrush kit deals require auto-delivery?
Yes. Promo pricing on the Airbrush System Kit only applies with auto-delivery. Cancel early and your price gets adjusted. You can change your refill schedule or cancel by contacting LUMINESS customer care.
How do LUMINESS installment payments work?
Installment orders start with a $1 card validation charge, which counts toward your first payment. Shipping is billed at checkout. The number of payments depends on your offer, and a processing fee may apply to each one. A missed payment adds a $20 late charge.
What does the LUMINESS device warranty cover?
It's a 1-year limited warranty on defects in materials or workmanship. It covers the original buyer from LUMINESS or an authorized seller. Needles, nozzles, seals, and O-rings are excluded, and you pay shipping for service.
Can makeup artists get extra savings with LUMINESS PRO?
Yes. PRO membership offers up to 30% off eligible products, plus member-only shopping events. You'll need to show professional or student status. Sale items and some kits are excluded, and airbrush devices get a lower discount.
Where else can I buy LUMINESS products?
LUMINESS runs an official Amazon store, and QVC carries Luminess Air products. Prices and deals at those stores are set separately from LUMINESS.com.
