Yes. If you bought an item at full price and it drops in price within 14 days, Rapha refunds the difference as a store voucher. The exact size and color must still be in stock on the site when you file the request.

Yes, if you're in the UK, EU, US, or Australia/NZ. Rapha mends crash-damaged garments for free with valid proof of purchase, capped at five repairs per year. Base layers, shoes, socks, gloves, helmets, and bags aren't included.

Yes. Free standard shipping kicks in once your basket total hits the regional minimum, calculated on what you actually pay. In the US, that threshold is $150.
Can you handle a Rapha price match at a Clubhouse?
Yes, if you bought the item there. Rapha directs Clubhouse purchases to the local Clubhouse team for price match requests rather than the online form. Note that Rapha closed several US clubhouses in 2026, so check which locations remain open near you.
What is Rapha’s Classics Guarantee?
It covers select Classic-range apparel only. If you're not happy with the fit or feel, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit, capped at four products per person per year. It doesn't cover crash damage, which falls under the separate repair policy.
Can you combine an industry discount with Rapha's sale prices?
No. Rapha's Industry Purchase Program, open to full-time cycling and outdoor sports employees, can't stack with sale items, bundles, or other discounts. It's an online-only perk and doesn't apply in Clubhouses.
