Scrubs & Beyond Sales FAQ
When does Scrubs & Beyond run their biggest annual sale event?
National Nurses Week in early May is their premier shopping event of the year. The retailer cuts prices across popular scrub sets, nursing clogs, and medical gear online and across physical stores.
What discounts can I expect in the permanent clearance outlet?
The online outlet section offers ongoing savings ranging from 20% to 75% off original retail prices. It includes discontinued colors, overstocked solid pants, seasonal print tops, and warm-up scrub jackets.
How do I qualify for free standard delivery on my order?
Domestic orders within the United States receive free standard delivery whenever the cart reaches $75 or more. Orders under that amount ship for a flat $9.99 fee and deliver in 4 to 6 business days.
Can international shoppers purchase sale merchandise online?
Yes. International customers can order clearance and sale items through their partner GlobalShopex. Global shipping fees, currency conversion, and applicable customs duties calculate automatically at checkout.
Can I combine multiple sales promotions on a single order?
No. Scrubs & Beyond enforces a strict limit of one promotion or discount per order. You can't combine site-wide sale markdowns with other active offers or volume deals.
How do Beyond Rewards and Scrubs Club loyalty points work?
The online Beyond Rewards program gives you $5 back for every 100 points ($100 spent). In physical stores, the Scrubs Club program awards 10 points per dollar (1,000 points unlocks a $5 reward) plus double points on the first Tuesday of each month.
Which brands and products are excluded from store promotions?
General site sales exclude several premium brands, including Barco, Cherokee, Dickies, Grey's Anatomy, Healing Hands, Dansko footwear, and Littmann stethoscopes. Items with prices ending in .97, gift cards, and custom embroidery fees are also excluded.
Are there volume discounts available for clinics, offices, and large teams?
Yes. Group orders of $300 or more qualify for special bulk tier pricing. Healthcare clinics, nursing schools, and hospital departments can work directly with a dedicated group specialist for team sizing and custom logo embroidery.
Can I use my employer or school discount on the website?
No. Company and nursing school partner discounts don't apply to online orders through the website. You must visit a local retail store location in person to claim your institutional discount.
What other major holiday sales occur during the year?
Besides Nurses Week, the retailer hosts savings events for Memorial Day in late May, Back-to-School during August, Labor Day in early September, and a Black Friday event in late November.
