When does The White Company run its biggest sales?
Black Friday is the headline event. Its White Event has taken 20% off eligible items in the past and has run through Cyber Monday. For deeper cuts, look to the January and summer sales, which have reached up to 60% and 70% on selected lines.
Where can I find sale items on the website?
Head to the Sale section. It has areas for clothing, home and baby & children's, plus nightwear. What's inside changes through the year, and the deepest markdowns land during the main sale events.
How much do I need to spend for free UK delivery?
Spend £60 or more and standard delivery to the UK mainland is free. Otherwise it's £3.95. Standard takes 3–5 days, and next-day delivery is available if you order by 7pm.
Furniture, gift wrap and the gift box service don't count towards the £60.
Does The White Company deliver sale orders overseas?
Yes, to more than 150 countries. Delivery is free to Ireland from £60 and to listed European countries from £100. Elsewhere it costs £20, £30 or £40, depending on parcel weight, and takes 4–14 business days.
One big catch: delivery to the US is currently suspended. The brand pays import duties and taxes on your behalf.
Can I add extra offers on top of sale prices?
Usually not. The brand's promotional offers apply to full-priced items only and can't be combined with other offers. A specific event can break that rule, so check its terms.
Is furniture part of the sales and offers?
Mostly no. Beds, mattresses, upholstery and made-to-order pieces are excluded from most offers, apart from certain special events. UK mainland furniture delivery is free, but furniture, mirrors and large items can't be shipped overseas.
Does The White Company have outlet or clearance events?
Yes. The brand runs outlet and clearance stores, and has held ticketed in-person clearance sales at UK racecourses with up to 70% off archive pieces. Dates and venues change, and promotional offers don't apply in clearance stores.
Do other retailers sell The White Company at a discount?
Some do. John Lewis and Selfridges list the brand with their own sale pages, and Next USA stocks it too. Each shop sets its own prices and ranges.
Can I pay with a gift card during a sale?
Yes. Gift cards cover all or part of a purchase on the UK website and in UK stores. They don't work at department-store concessions such as Selfridges, and gift cards are sold on the UK site only. Cards run from £5 to £500 and expire 24 months after last use.
What perks does The Club membership give you?
Members get 10% off a first purchase for a limited time, seasonal offers, early access and invitations to special events. Free UK delivery on orders over £60 is listed among the benefits too.
